This Class is taught by Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Rabten.
Happiness is a state of mind. These courses will help us find peace within ourselves and happiness in our lives. The courses provide clear instructions and guidance on meditation in plain english.
Everyone is welcome to attend these courses regardless of previous experience of meditation or Buddhism. Start any week.
Meditations for a peaceful mind – Freedom from Stress & Anger
Anger and stress can seriously affect our happiness. Buddha taught methods for staying at peace in all situations.

Meditations for a Loving Heart
With a warm and open heart we are comfortable whoever we are with, our relationships and interactions with others are naturally more fulfilling, and we enjoy peace of mind.

Turning Inwards, Facing Outwards
Everyone needs spiritual nourishment – to enjoy an inner stillness and fulfilment – but to find this we do not need to withdraw from others. This course will show how we can lead a rich spiritual life that is compassionately engaged with those around us.

- July - 7 & 14
Suggested Donation: $12 per class or $40 for a savings card that buys four classes.
In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism will be explored. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in for any class. There is no need to book or bring anything, and the classes are suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of meditation.
Each class includes guided meditations, teaching and discussion, followed by refreshments. Please arrive on time so as not to disturb the meditation sessions.
