This Class is taught by Buddhist monk Kelsang Lachpa.  

Happiness is a state of mind. These courses will help us find peace within ourselves and happiness in our lives. The courses provide clear instructions and guidance on meditation in plain english.

Everyone is welcome to attend these courses regardless of previous experience of meditation or Buddhism. Start any week.

  

Meditation for Beginners

A perfect start and an ideal refresher course. Find a life of inner peace through meditation.

  • Understanding the Mind

    Learn how to find happiness from within and achieve optimum wellbeing and centredness.

  • September – 13, 20 & 27
  • October – 4 & 11

    Suggested Donation: $12 per class or $40 for a savings card that buys four classes.

    In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism will be explored. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in for any class. There is no need to book or bring anything, and the classes are suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of meditation.

    Each class includes guided meditations, teaching and discussion, followed by refreshments. Please arrive on time so as not to disturb the meditation sessions.
